We are currently living in unprecedented times, where LGBTQ+ rights are under constant threat and as a result, we can often feel overwhelmed, burnt out or even hopeless. 

We must remember that LGBTQ+ leaders play a vital role in shaping a more inclusive world for everyone —whether in business, politics, community groups or activism and the world urgently needs more visible, resourced up LGBTQ+ Leaders to create the change we all want to see in the world.

We want to queer leadership and create a power house of LGBTQ+ leaders who can all champion and support each other to build the LGBTQ+ inclusive future we all deserve and inspire others to lead with authenticity and courage.
